    Dude most of the day check the rain gauge a few min ago almost 3in. Let wife drive the truck last night she went to get me some soup an took this. This little ditch is about 4ft deep.

    Good things about thee Valley:
    • Gr8 food m8
    • Worst traffic is way less extreme than Austin
    • We have a good mall, and stores
    • Nice houses are cheap
    • Hospitals are in need of hiring nurses
    Bad things:
    • Heavy Border Patrol traffic
    • Very little diversity

    It better pay dam good, before I would leave Temple. Only thing going for it down there is the saltwater fishing, freshwater pretty non-existent. No hunting unless you hunt one of the high fences. And you got to deal with gung ho border patrol boys.

    There's more white peeps over in that area than the McAllen side, but the mire affluent side is McAllen. Get ready to learn Spanish though, you'll definitely need it.
