Who cares man, a bike is a bike. I am an intermediate rider I guess. It all depends on how much I drink Saturday night

Monte Sano is basically the only place to bike in Huntsville area. It's good.

Also, no bike pics worth sharing...I have a very very beginner hardtail GT Aggressor Pro...

@stronghammer i have MTP in 295/70r17 variant. They’re pretty light at 59 lbs but that’s because it doesn’t have the same beefy sidewall as the maxx or pro. That said, my sidewalls are all sliced and gouged but no issues yet! Here’s some pics I just snapped of the worst ones.

Price, and weight. I had 255/80r17 maxx. Loved those but I wanted bigger.

On my old tacoma I had 285/75r16 mtp so knew I liked them.

It was between these and the pro but I’m still on stock gearing and a manual, so weight is a concern. Plus I’m cheap, so price also played a role.

I’m undecided if I want to make the jump to 35s or 37s next but I’m fairly positive I’ll be going with the pro because I want a stronger sidewall. Weight won’t be a concern for me at that point because I’ll regear for either of those.

gotcha, yeah I'm regeared to 4.88s so I'm fine on the weight thing. probably stay with 35/12.5/17s just wish there was like a 34.5/12/17 option lol

I have never ran them so I can't speak about them.
I can quote you some reviews that Cooper pays people to write or reviews from people that have bought them and write but they are almost always good because people don't want to say hey I researched these tires, bought them and I made a terrible mistake. lol

Here is a Comparison from Coopers site
