What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Mine was never on before. That's why I have that particular switch for dogs. It lights up that area better then the pic shows

 

I like them. I notice no difference in the ride quality and i love the look of the wider stance. One bugaboo though, the side of your truck will get dirty when its rainy and muddy, especially if you take off the mud flaps. other than that no complaints. But I have only had them for about 4 months. we'll see how they last the test of time.

 

What is this? What kind of benefit does it claim?

 

Bought my tacoma used with 192,000 miles on the ODO, painted was matte white. My son and I washed, clayed, polished and waxed.

 

Don’t know if theres benefit, to early to tell. Redirects the intake to the front vs the fender well. Noise level is the same as stock cruising. For everything it’s about 150.00 vs over 300 for a noise maker.

 

Looks great! I see the induction piece on the website but dont see the extension and 90 degree rubber piece. Do you have a link for that? Thanks

 

I noticed they weren't as dark as eBay lights for example, so I went with non-OEM. Be happy you chose the Pros. One of mine doesn't fit very well and the high beam pattern is hot garbage with light refracting everywhere. I put in a better wiring harness and nice halogen bulbs, but the subpar housings are harshing my buzz on this project. I'm going to get the Pro lights and cut my losses.

Finally got new headlights on. They were the cheapest I could find, but I’m pretty sure I can’t aim the driver’s side -_-

Oh well, they work and are better than the terrible yellow OEM ones

What size is the intake elbow 90? 4"?

 

90 degree is 4” to 3.5” reducer. 6” tube is 3.5. The coupling is 3.5 to 4 reducer. The 4” goes into the scoop.

 

I have the same decals, only....well ya know...for my truck lol. TRD Sport. Did you have any trouble getting them "installed"....applied, whatever you want to call it?

I tried the wet method with the first one, then said to hell with that on the second one and put it on dry...no issues and no bubbles, not that my old tired eyes can see at least.
