Thats why we buy them. I see it as a smart investment! My last skid has flattened a bit since getting installed.
I havent fixed mine at all. Still need to ordered the $30 clip to attach my front bumper solidly again. I have only added to the damage from last years Jambo. Sadly its not from trails... Friendly tip, Always doubly check you have closed and locked your swing out before leaving camp instead of after the first turn.

It’s just clearance at this point. If you hit another tree, the material is already moved out of the way!

RCI, made to go behind the stock TRD Pro skid. It's aluminum, so failure was inevitable.

I am not ready for jambo. I dont think I can make any time to work on the truck. Just getting it loaded up is going to be difficult. I work everyday except Saturday until jambo.

Don't worry about it man. Need to do some wrenching? Bring parts out there! Many hands make light work.

I tend to just drink and wheel. If things don't get done/installed it's all good. Only thing I'll worry about is if I need to trim my fenders for clearance. Especially if the forecast for the rain doesnt change. Really dont want to do installs in the rain. I started prepping my parents that they may be getting their grandfurbabys for the weekend.:D I want to bring them but jot with all the mud...

Appreciate that! All I have to use is a dremel with cutting wheels. Lots of cutting wheels. Hopefully i dont need anymore trimming though. We'll find out on Thursday!

They are decently clean. The rain isnt doing them any favors but they havent been wheeled yet. The truck only has a light cover of dirt from being daily driven.

Whens everyone planning on getting to Jambo? I'll be there sometime Thursday, early if I get everything loaded up Wednesday.
