    Are those dumb fucking Byrd scooters allowed to drive in the middle of the road?

    I was on Duke in Alexandria earlier in a 35 zone and there's this dumb girl with her earbuds in directly in the middle of lane 1 going 10 MPH and causing a traffic jam.

    I'll try and pull the dash cam footage maybe, lol. I had some select words to say about the situation.
