Just got reminded I am on call this weekend. That means I need to limit how much I drink in case I need to come back to base. Throws my entire weekend off!

Didn't say NO drinking. Just got to limit how much I do drink... I will be bringing bottles of water just in case.

You can use any switch. Personally I don’t like the 90 psi switch as it’s sloppy on engagement when you need it the most. I use a 150.

You put 150 psi to your locker?
Seems like he was asking a vague question and he might think that's ok. Just asking I have no clue.

Just so I’m clear, he asked a question, I answered, and you replied that you have no idea? Yes. I run a 150 psi pressure switch.

And since everyone on the internet is smarter than me, here’s a link from the horses mouth.

What’s also cool is if you ditch the electric air switch and use an air solinoid. Slam that fucker at 300 psi. But what do I know.

That satisfying clunk at three hundo psi

I ran a 135 psi switch. Which was arb oem at the time, might still be.

Hey fellas I am trying to change the outer CV boot and kit came with these two different greases. I believe black one goes inside the boot and have no clue where the brown one goes (smaller pouch). Any ideas?

I guess I can bump up my regulator to my locker a d not stress. I have mine set up like MJ with an air dryer and regulator set st 90 psi never looked back. But have had issues with air getting into diff my mind wants to tell me to much psi. Is the cuase. But I'm not expert and have had the bulk head fitting replaced by jaws after it leaked from ECGS..
I wish I knew why it keeps leaking and blowing air into the diff. Thanks for the enlightening help.

The screenshot he posted from arb says recommended between 100-150, so I would go with that.

When disengaging the locker the air should be coming back out the hose to where ever the switch is.

Are you using a compressor? Does it run while the locker is engaged? Engaging the locker takes barely any air.

Also the diff should have a breather and vent any excess air/pressure if that’s the issue. Although I’ve had axle seals blow out because I over filled the diff somehow.
