    Frame rivets blow. Best way is to grind them flush, and then either use a ball joint press and a bolt, drill them out, or a very powerful air hammer.

    Yeah I’m not excited lol it seems like frame rivets are the worst thing most deal with besides cv axles. 2wd forever!

    I might call wits end and ask how much for them to plasma cut them off and not deal with it

    Even with a plasma they still suck lol doing the bump pad ones I don’t think would be too horrible since it’s easy to access them. The leaf hanger ones really suck.

    i second the grinder and air chisel. just make sure to crank your pressure all the way up. if the chisel dosent feel like its about to explode in your hand, its not high enough.

    Friday May 3rd is Tonymontana's birthday. I'm having a TW get together for him at the cabin that Saturday/weekend. My wife is gonna cook dinner saturday and breakfast sunday for those that want to stay the weekend. All is invited. No gifts are neccessary, you being there to celebrate with him will be gift enough.
