Sorry to hear that. My coworker got a call one day from one of his boys and they told him his fathers headstone was gone. He called the office to report it, and they told him the grounds keeper hit it with a mower and broke the corner off. They were replacing it, but never called to tell anyone.

I am currently having my Wife's Uncles headstone repaired vandals broke it in half and it is from 1914 so we wanted to keep it original as possible.
I would probably lose it if I actually caught someone doing this senseless shit to a grave or grave stone.

Oh there will be some mods all right
Now I can haul all the things! (Not really, mostly going to be used for keeping stuff from sliding to the front of the bed and for strapping my gas can to it :D) thanks again @eccracer104 for the quote!

I agree but the manager was very nice about it, But it added to my Wife's reasons for not wanting to go back for awhile.

it wasn't me who posted, but I have a DeWalt 60v chainsaw and do NOT recommend it.
The battery and motor are great, but the way it connects the bar is weak as hell. It's been in for warranty 3 times in one year. It keeps throwing it's chain cause the bar flex's so much.

I love the concept of a battery chainsaw, but just not this implementation of it.

We had that happen this winter some kids drove through the cemetery, they were promptly caught 50 or so headstones were trashed. I could only imagine the restitution that dumb ass is going to have to pay. My grandpa's headstone wasn't effected thankfully my grandma would lose her shit.

Agreed damage done like that should be handled to the extreme by the courts, possibly even getting the EPA involved.

Rustic. I went with Mountain Hatch. v2 has two cup holders. If I'm not level the tailgate does that western thing by delivering your beer whether you want it or not.

Just enough to look kinda cool.
I just picked it up from my dad for the weekend (lots of branches fell in my yard and a small electric chainsaw should be the best option to clean them up). I did have to replace the bar and chain because the bar was bent, I will report back once I get some use with it. I like it because it is so small and I don't have to pull start another small engine.

Anybody brave enough to try this one? I know Anker makes great products but I'm leery of this one: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product...9ea-768a917d5900&pf_rd_r=JR5Q6NM37RRYYVNWNFKW

I believe it has something to do with the torque curve on electric vs gas motors. Electrics are torque monsters while gas engines need to spool up. If you try to use the same powertrain, then things are going to break. I had an old craftsman electric chainsaw that always slipped the chain, but the motor was never an issue. My gas saw is just the reverse. One day I hope to find a cordless saw that doesn't suck.

I'm hoping that the small electric saw will be more useful for the small aspen trees compared to a gas saw that I have to start each time I need to cut a branch.
