They said the police have it as an active crime scene, then CDOT will inspect for structural damages to the road and bridge.

I read the bridge has significant fire damage (not sure how that works with steel & concrete but not an engineer)

Sadly they still don't know how many died in the fire.

If the fire is hot enough, it can raise the temperature of the structural steel of the bridge, or possibly the rebar in the concrete in the bridge such that the steel can weaken. If the steal weakens and yields (i.e. elongates) under stress (of the weight of the bridge)... then you could have bad bridge ju-ju.

ETA: case in point... see Twin Towers on 9/11.

My sister FB messaged me a video of the same truck screaming down I-70 swerving all over the road. I'm sure it'll make its way to YouTube or the news, can't find it right aside from the embedded vid she sent me

Thanks for the recommendation. They came out and sprayed my trees today. It ends up I don't have EAB, they're lilac ash borers. Bastards. Even if it's a little extra money, I'd rather save my trees than cut them down and start over.

What do you guys use for home security cameras? Moved into a hood of Arvada and had some packages stolen off my porch already. NOT stoked.

Just starting my research, so any info is appreciated.
