uggghhh.... I feel your pain. Similar thing happened to me. Had brand new Matte Gray TRD 4Runner Pro wheels for about 3 wks(1k ish miles). Took the truck in for 5k service appointment and got it back with nicks and mars on 3 out of the 4 wheels. Looked like the tech used a tool to pop off the center cap and dinged the wheel in 2-3 places on each. Also had damage from the impact driver similar to yours. Manager apologized, yadda yadda yadda, said I wouldn't be able to tell that they'd been repaired. Not so much the case, mine are matte and the repaired areas match in color but not finish. The areas where they were repaired are now shiny finish. Still trying to work it out, but I got frustrated because they kept wanting to "repair" and I'm insisting on replacement at this point. I told then that we already tried it their way and I"m not satisfied, probably going to have to get corporate involved. I'm concerned that the repairs will hold up in the long term. To top it off, I had the detail guy at my office give the truck a wash and he pointed out over spray an various parts of the truck that was likely from the repair job as my truck hasn't been near any other sources that would have caused it.

    Good luck getting it resolved.

I STRONGLY suggest opening a case with Corporate. I had several issues during my trucks first 6 months that the dealer would not take care of. As soon as Corporate got involved everything was done satisfactory and in a timely manner. Changed the entire attitude of the people at the dealer. In a good way.

This is exactly what i'm afraid of happening. The wheels are matte black. the service manager said that they will take the tires and sensors off and "repair them". I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt for now and see what the outcome is. Sucks that they won't give me a loaner vehicle, but luckily i can drive a buddy's Taco for a few days.

I have wondered if i should open a case or not, just to cover my own rear about it. If the wheels don't come back to the "like new" condition they were in, then i believe that i will have Corporate get involved.

1D34170C-A3A3-44A0-B9F7-63052B3B14EA.jpg I had the 20’ version of this rope and saw some guys on the trail pulling each other out of a hole where that 20 footer wouldn’t have reached. Swapped it for the 30’. Prolly gonna get the 10’ extension also just in case. It’s heavier duty than I need for my truck but the extra cost will be justified when I yoke my buddy’s full size truck out of trouble with my taco:muscleflexing:

6112s and 5100s installed today. Have 1 inch blocks that I might or might not change. Dead level. Right about 38 inches ground to fenders. Super smooth ride and terrific handling. IMG_20190426_150454.jpg IMG_20190426_154051.jpg

And they look great. After the Toyos wear out , I'll go up to a 2857516. Or maybe a more agressive 265.

Yes not to bad they sell a liquid that is called a refresher to keep the material last longer. It’s like putting armor all on it but it’s better for it.i always think I am almost done with the truck and then a idea pops into my head.$$$$$$$$$$.

I had forgotten to put the bed extender back in my old truck when I sold it so I found some brackets and just drilled the first holes in my new truck. It actually fits perfect. I didn't even have to adjust the bars.
