Now to weigh what's more annoying/important:

Messing with the stupid jack to lower and raise the spare, losing off road clearance, gaining bed space

Or

easy access to spare, but losing bed space...

 

It’s not worth it, put a train horn under there and leave it in the bed.

 

I can't stand train horns.

We have the same spare.

 

I put the spare in my cargo area before I had a bumper because it was something I could access in almost any situation. So losing bed space vs trying to fight it out from under the truck might be worth it.

My tires are 295 at3xlt, but my spare is a used 285 stt pro. I figured it was better than a 30 inch spare lol plus it was cheap. I need to buy another wheel and 295 one of these days.

 

Man you keep making me think about work... I gotta start getting ready to go in like an hour.
We have tug boats in the bayou that bring in the chemical tankers to our docks.
And some ass hole with an f250 that has like a foot of lift has train horns. And every morning at 5am when I'm trying.to finally relax for the last work hour, this jackass arms his alarm which makes the stupid fucking air horn go off and it ruins my morning. I want to kill em.
