Wow those 255's looks awesome. I've been going back and forth in my mind on 255 vs 285. I have those same wheels too. You may have sold me on the 255. How much cutting did you have to do? Nice rig!

Wow, good to know! You have 888's up front, right? I think we're running basically the exact same setup. I was worried the 255's would look too skinny for my tastes but I think the wider wheel than factory makes it look better than what I've seen of them in the past. I think the biggest driver for me is that they weigh 4 lbs less per wheel than the 285's. Also thinking I'll re-gear regardless but how's the performance been for you?

I ended up with the BP51 on an impulse buy and I am obsessed with it. thanks for the compliments, I really love the truck, It is a little heavier/slower but nothing negative. A lot of people I feel like on these forums can tell differences much more than I can. The truck honestly is 10 times better now, rides better, drives better, its smoother and quieter (probably a function of my worn out tires before).

My only negative is that I have a bit of a lean but not sure what my plans are to address it. I need to go and check a couple of things and then take it back to the shop to address.

Overall super happy and I cannot wait to use the skinnies all summer and winter. Pull the trigger dude! haha

Also no gears yet, I don't tow so I have no plans on doing them. Truck is slightly slower but I didn't buy a Tacoma to haul ass lol

What bed rack/rails are those? You have a tonneau cover on (which one if so)?

I need to get some bed rack to go above a soft cover and not looking for a big bulky one, just nee something i can throw some ski racks on to secure my fishing rods.

I see Mobtown and KB Voodoo both make a set, was wondering if theres any others or if one is better than the other.

I have the kbvoodoo racks with rhino rack ski holders on top of it for my fishing poles. Cover Is gator covers retractable cover. As much as I like the kbvoodoo rack I notice that it’s starting to rust. Lmk if you have any other questions

Thanka for the reply. I like the design/look of the KB rails, but I am seeing this rusting being a common issue. When did you get your rails? They claim to have fixed the powder coat process, but from what I can tell people are still having issues.

May have to go with the mobtown rails, but really wanted all black brackets and rails.
