I have a box of pre cut foil that a put a little vegetable oil on and smear around so they don't stick and then add the fries then roll up the edges to make a "plate" .. I put them on first since they take about 35-40 minutes... The ones last night I seasoned with that homemade Ranch Seasoning that I've been putting on everything and they turned out great!

Quick and easy and not dirtying up anything else.

To the dismay of @Misplaced Nebraskan i did not take pictures of the chicken. Came out great though. Smoker with a little seasoning salt on them for about 30 mins, brought the temp up to 275 and cooked for another 10 mins. Raised temp to 350 and flipped. Slathered some Bbq sauce on the top 5 mins then flipped sauces the other side then cooked 5 mins flipped again and resauced. Cranked up the temp again and did the flip sauce again for both sides.

SUPER juicy like enough that as I picked them up the juices started to come out clear. They were really good and nice and tender.

 

"Sounds complicated, might be overhandlin' right there", Lol Sounds like a keeper.

 

Sounds more complicated than it is. Results were top notch though. Dinner was silent so that should tell ya something lol.
