When my son first saw my Taco he asked when I was going to mount the 50cal! He called the color Taliban Tan.

I like mine. It says BR Pivot under the seat. Must have been a model made by Varmint Masters? Tell Rick thank you.

INCOMMING "BETTER TO HAVE IT AND NOT NEED IT THAT NEED IT AND NOT HAVE IT" POSTS!

but, seriously, when you go shooting, its fairly common to shoot more than one gun at a time. If he was also planning on doing target practice with his pistol this is one of the easiest ways to carry it/bring it along.

Perps who caused the 1986 Miami shootout were reported to have murdered and stolen some of their guns from the victims...

"The F.B.I. produced more evidence Wednesday to tie Mr. Matix and Mr. Platt to a series of armored car robberies and the shootings of men in an abandoned rock quarry that was often used for target practice."

I suggest always carrying when at the range. Even out in a deserted place.

Obviously there are other persons in the other truck in the photo. In many cases a side arm is used for protection from other than human predators as well. Me personally after packing my EDC for years it's just natural habit to have it on.

Rest assured we were all packing sidearms. Last trip my friend shot a coyote with his Glock sidearm.

You are free to carry if you like but plenty of people don’t carry in deserted places and do fine without.

Being in a deserted place is irrelevant.
Please give an example of any creature that disarms whenever they are alone.
    You can't do it.
The 2nd amendment gives us the right to keep and bear arms.
There is no "except in deserted plces" restriction.

A firearm is like a seatbelt. When you need it you need it and it may just save your life when you least expect it

In the city we say “when seconds count the police are only minutes away “ out there we say “when seconds count we don’t have cell service and it doesn’t matter because the police are a couple hours away”.

Thanks guys, but I never questioned other’s rights about it, and I don't expect others to question mine. Its a personal choice not to carry like the type of truck I bought and the mods I do to it. It’s hilarious how many times people tell me I should carry because of the type of work I do as also when people are in a domestic truck hollering “buy a Ford!” or “get a Chevy!” or whatever out the window when they are zipping by and Im simply parked on the side of the road in mine with no truck problems. Why do they feel like they must do that? I’m always more than happy to stop and offer help to other stranded folks, no matter what they’re in, and I certainly don’t yell out the window at them even though they should have bought a Toyota instead! :)
