got the power and snowmaster all squared away. the lower front runner case has 2 optima yellowtops in it and the upper had a busspanel and renogy charge controller. all the lights inside and fridge in the the canopy run off the optimas and are charged by a 150wt panel on the roof.

I torched and moved the front wheel well shroud's forward, and moved the bumper cowl mounts forward to give much better clearance for my Icon 8 lift. This is to avoid decent slope bumps from rubbing on the 285s.

I slipped and fell against some noico and a bunch of cardboard patterns.
Man, I thought I'd get only a little benefit out of just the front doors.
HAH! Now I can tell the difference between bass drums, and actually hear all the notes on the bass guitar.
Maybe next weekend (busy) I'll get the rears done, still waiting on the tweets to arrive.

I decided to use quite a lot less sound deadener than most - in case I need to work on the window gadgets.
I did cut and fold tabs of the noico around the speaker opening - seemed like a good idea.
I did put deadener on the inside of the outer panel - as much as I could reach. Makes a big difference in clankiness.
Also note that it is not necessary to unplug the lock and handle cables - the whole thing just snaps in.

If it weren't for the deadener, this would take 30 minutes max per door.

Dude I’m about to do the same when my S2s arrive Monday. Were you able to use the Caliraised harness or did you install new wiring?

Went to pick up my lift and take my 15 taco to service and pick up my lift with my 18. On my way home with the lift blew a tire and ended up with both my tacos in service together :censored:

I used most of it...cut the pod ends off and soldered/heatshrinked the BD ones back in, as they are different. You'll love the S2's...replacing my fogs with Squadrons next week.

Would like to update...within about 2 hrs the badge fell off leaving just the adhesive. It’s pretty clear that there is no clear solid (see pic) support for the adhesive tape to stick to. At the time of the order there was no note that said it may fall off and now it says that they recommend to use an adhesive to make it stick and of course they won’t refund once it has been applied.

Set a personal record today. Took the family on a 300ish mile road trip and got 20.6 mpg average (according to the truck’s counter). I’ve never had a truck get this many miles per gallon. I get pretty excited about anything over 15 mpgs. I really like this truck.

Fill in a few 1” sections with 2 part epoxy putty, sand it down flat and reapply 3m automotive tape. You could fill in the whole thing but it would be heavy
