Hi guys I just did the maxtrac 6.5 lift on my truck (2019 TRD sport) with the fox upgrade, and now I’m getting 2 error messages

    1 precollision system malfunction
2 check vehicle stability control system

I’m wondering if anyone has any info on how to fix this? Please help

That's a pretty big lift, you may have to have the PCS re-calibrated but be prepared if the dealer won't do it for free since you lifted the truck. Not sure about the stability control system.

The stability control needs to be recalibrated. Sometimes during install they can get knocked out a degree one side or the other (driver/passenger ).

Stability control needs to get recalibrated for its new zero point or have the sensor shimmed to give the sensor the factory rake angle.

Why that much preload on the coil over. Go to a longer stiffer spring.

Sounds legit. 6.625” is the challenge point. It’s Friday in Australia, right?

    Ok....I’ll bite:

The TSS is likely shooting off into space, so cannot “see” the road. That will be your 1st error to deal with.

The vehicle stability control looks for vectors using the abs sensors and an accelerometer (wheel spin vs direction of travel). Is there a chance some wiring got stretched?

Stacking lifts is generally a bad idea especially when each lift is maxed out.

I had to remove the brackets for the abs to get more length to attach to the new spindles. Don’t think I put too much stress on them during install. They’re not stressed now
