But orange and green. Orange had a matching folding shelf look damn good. Like Harley orange. Green was a dead ringer for snap on green.

 

Understood lol. Best you're gonna get for orange and green is 189, as far as I've seen.

 

Yea, dont need one. Have a husky tool cart I haven't broke yet.

 

I like that step stool. I need to get one of those. The cheap plastic ones will break over time.

 

Not taco related but harbor freight related. Got a pneumatic hammer from the ol' HF to do some garage gun smithing. I thought I'd give this 12 dollar beauty a try before spending hundreds at the gun smith. The AK parts I notched off normal require a hydraulic press to press off the parts.

And here's here's the finished (sorta) product. The replacement was bolt on with a torque wrench.

And as always I'm going to have a professional check my work, need a barrel thread and some pretty-ing up of the barrel any way. Thought you guys might appreciate the use of harbor freight tools to save money.

 

what kind of vice is that? Irwin?

 

It was an impact socket but I think it was 3/8 drive, not 1/2 drive

 

Thanks! I’ll look and see if they have one in 1/2” drive, or I may get a 1/2” to 3/8” adaptor.

 

It's the $30 harbor freight vice. Works for light gun armoring fairly well. I'm going to line the clamps with rubber.

 

Bought this today $30 clearance sale last one on the shelf. Will let you folks know if it’s any good.

 

That metal stool looks useful, and I might have to pick one up. The Dayton though, that's a best buy. Thing is beast.

 

I've used the OTC one. Make sure you are using the correct sleeve.

 

Has anyone purchased a grease gun from them? If so how long have you had it, and does it work well?

I'd like to know also. Changed my oil yesterday and didn't have a gun to hit the u-joints.

There great Jack. We have one in the house and one up at the shop.

 

My brother in law made 2 clamp jaws out of wood that are interchangeable with the steel ones .
