How many of you run 37qt fridges? How do you like it? Eyeing a ARB on sale for 20% right now.

 

What's the final price?

My indel-b was great until I wanted dual zone. Then my Dometic 65 dual zone was awesome. Guessing either of those brands might be less expensive...just won't get as many expo points. And I believe indel b uses the same compressor as arb?

 

I know that Dometic makes the ARB fridges, but to ARB's requested specs. Not sure what all is different but most reviews I have read and a lengthy post on expeditionportal has me thinking Dometic and ARB are about the same, other than price.

So my choices right now are,

Dometic CFX 50W for $719
ARB Fridge Freezer Series II 50Qt for $790

Both free shipping.

In all honestly at the moment I'm leaning toward the dometic. I've decided to use the funds I put away for a rear bumper to get a fridge. Seeing as it will benefit me greatly on my upcoming 2 1/2 camping trip

I wonder what the different in the 2 of these is then? Both are the CFX 65DZ But one is $1100 and the other is $800

Hmm..mine was black and grey.

But sometimes Amazon has the same stuff listed differently with crazy prices.

 

Well...... one has a dash in between the CFX and 65DZ and the other doesn’t.

I thought you said you had been researching this?

 

Did you really use the freezer part that much? I feel like I wouldn't use a freezer section for just camping
