Well I hope you've got real fat fingers then

Mine does not get anywhere near as snuggly to the truck as yours. Oh well.

Let me know how it goes with the wider fiberglass fenders. I am going to have to redo mine once the McNeil +3’s come in. I’m worried about the meet up curvature. But nothin MESO cant handle

We’ll see how it goes. Mine is going to be a pseudo snorkel. I’m not going all the way to the roof line. Just a vent on the fender. That’ll keep the water and dirt out enough for me. I don’t plan on any super deep water crossings.

I really like this. Might be attempting this on mine soon but need to find the top section for cheaper than the 170 I found.

I did mine without the top section and just used the Prado 150 for the whole thing. I think it looks okay and the hair dryer is above the cab so I don't see it.

the hair drier is what has stopped me from doing a snorkel. after seeing the L style I love that look. :D

    BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD.
Since I now switched out to glass fenders, the snorkel will no longer work due to the difference in fender slope:frusty:
    Dejavu all over again:facepalm:

For anyone interested in the backside pics, here are some better ones with the fender removed

Now, my new development. I am taking a different approach. I am molding a template onto the fender, then will build it up to a 3" coupling. 3D scan it, then 3D Print. From there I am going with a 3" pipe(bent slightly for the A pillar curve) then Design my own snorkel head.
Stay tuned! (it will look much better than this I promise lol)

I'll probably just hand it on my wall of parts memorabilia haha

well..I think Im going a different direction. My buddy is a great TIG welder and suggested we do 3" Al piping. Here's the first mockup. Usually I would hate the look. But with the wide fenders it doesn't look out of place. We'll see once we get it all tac'd up
