She had fun but probably because we didn't do any offroading lol. Unless you count a 1/2 mile stretch of fire road.

Oh and she got me a dash cam for my bday, been wanting one for awhile. Nearly got taken out on the way out there last Friday when some idiot cut across 3 lanes without looking and came within inches of slamming into us at 75mph on the highway. Dash cam would've come in handy there if he'd hit us, assuming we lived.
I swerved pretty good to miss him (no one on the other side of me) and was actually really impressed at how well my truck handled it at that speed without a sway bar on.

I totally forgot I had a dashcam after Pismo, I was hoping I could pull some footage of the wheeling we did.

I caught the last 5 minutes of the 30 minute drive from the campsite before the card overwrote itself. Haha.

Hold on, before I answer that, answer me this... Your engine is dicked right? Mains, rods.... whatever are toast? After you eat a bearing the shrapnel makes its way all around, so you end up trashing cams and such too. Are you planning to rebuild your 5VZ with a 3VZ-E crank, cause on both the 3VZ-E and 3VZ-FE (which are very different) the snouts are different than the 5VZ... the 3VZ-FE crank should work though, journals should be the same size, I think you'll end up destroking it like that though. 5VZ cranks are cheap, why not get another... or better yet another 5VZ entirely cause if one thing went chances are the rest of it is trash as well

Low mileage JDM swap is probably the route I'd take if something happened to mine.
