That's why I started waxing my truck today at 3 pm. Lots of shade, and cool out, here in Oakland. No skeeters.

If they are anything like they are in the south, I don’t envy you all. Then shits suck out there in the southeast.

Well, shit. Even in Alaska the bugs are ruthless. No see’ums are the worst.

There’s no such thing as no see’ums in AK.

Yes, yes there is. Trust me, I know. Those little fuckers hurt when they gnaw into your flesh.

No doubt about that. But I swear, I have never seen bigger bugs than in AK. They must have their own air traffic control system...

We called them the AK Air National guard. Well, the larger ones. But, when you’re out in an antenna field in coveralls, gloves, bug net and duct taped to the hilt and still have these tiny little fuckers getting in chewing your face and exposed skin you realize the AK bug problem is serious business.

Is it illegal to black out the orange reflectors inside the headlights in CA? See example below. Bottom left hand corner of photo is where the reflector is.

I doubt you would get hassled for that. My corners are clear. Just have an orange bulb for your turn signal

This is going to be a long shot, but does anyone with a 2nd gen still have the brackets that helps support the rear bumper. One of these on each side:

Please let me know if anyone has leads on this, or even part numbers that would be great. Thanks!

EDIT: Got the part number from @t.hornstra
