I do not disagree, but poor OP is going to get a straight answer other than use good 2 ply.

Could Be upper or lower ball joints or bushings on upper control arms or lower ones.
Any recent work or mods on the truck.... how many mile since any of that has been changed?

Damn... this thread had the potential of evolving into a legend... but not now that the poop has been wiped off the title...

@Riffe13 you could have left it up here, got 100 people in here and then when you changed it back and asked again, they'd all get a thread update and you'd have a giant pool of potential answers. Hahaha.

Anywho. I've got no answers. Good luck! I'm sure someone in here will be able to help you. And welcome to TW

Had a leveling kit put on a week after I got the truck. Noticed popping sound within days. Honestly could’ve been happening before that but I typically have the radio on. Just happened to have it off when I heard it.

Caliper pad slap is common, could also be the passenger inner or outer tie rod. Any difference in the steering.

With 22k on the Odometer the uca and lca should be fine. Make sure everything is torqued. Could be a sway bar issue too.
Does it only occur when first starting off in the truck after sitting for 30nto 40 minutes at least.

OP, I had the same thing happen when my 17 was new. I kept thinking it was the suspension but found out it was actually the floor board popping. I don’t know if if finally settled or broke in but after like 7 months, it hasn’t done it since.

Happens after sitting a while and after being driven......I got in the truck with the mechanic because he said he didn’t see or hear anything wrong. Had him backup & pull out several times. Didn’t make the sound every time but it did happen a cpl of times.

I am betting on brake pads. I just got rid of mine that was happening. Was driving me crazy, I got new pads and rotors, lubed the slide pins, cleaned the caliper dust boots changed the pads and rotors, no more problem.
