Took the leftover PBBE from the other day and am making a smoked pork and beans today. Pretty tasty.

 

Honestly, it has more cooking space that you think with the couple extra racks, of course depending on what you are smoking. Mines a return Big Horn ($150.00) that set up the very same. My very first smoke was four 8-9lb butts. Probably could have squeezed six 6-7lb ones on.
