Haha glad I don't need to deal with that. My driveway constantly looks like I'm having a scrap yard sale with all the random parts I'll have laying around. And my garage is open at least half the day.
Fuck it anybody complains I'll call it yard art.

Buy the ticket, take the ride.

I will never understand why someone would buy an $500,000+ house and then have someone tell them they cant change their oil in the driveway.

This is at the large group campsite on the left. The snow wasn't on the trail at all until a few hundred feet back...then there's a nice drift in front of me.

But there will likely be 12" more in 12 hours.

Amen to that. Growing up my neighbor had toilets in his yard as flower boxes and any given weekend we were either working on our dirtbikes out front or blowing things up with fireworks.

I got really frustrated with the HOA garage crap when I was looking for a new place a few months ago. I found about a dozen really great townhomes with garages south of the city for under $2K/month, but you weren't even aloud to change your oil in them. :annoyed: Just an expensive place to keep the snow and hail off your truck. I finally found an apartment complex in Castle Rock with 8ft garage doors that says you can do whatever you want as long you don't damage the garage. Time will tell. :fingerscrossed:

Had a new neighbor move in down the road who called CPW on me for shooting eurasian doves in my front yard. 45min later she called the sheriff's department on me and the CPW officer for shooting doves. I didn't know the officer so I offered him a beer.

I would love to see the whole list of rules, I'm curious how many I break on any given day.

I hate HOA's... Mine allows for minor things that last less than 24 hours but it has to be with my garage door closed at all times.. My garage is not big enough to do stuff on my Tacoma, so open it will stay.
