    Sorry, slow on the draw a little here today. But yes, in your case, if you never intend to transmit on those frequencies/distances there is no need. Kinda cool there is a middle of the road option that lets you still access FRMS too.

    Knowing how I've seen things go in this industry between the two companies I've worked for, they'll likely give em another chance and then move em to another site and give em even more chances. Seems because of a shortage on guards in the industry, the only way to fire someone without reservation is for sleeping or sexual harassment. I've heard of people stealing from the client and simply being moved to another site.
