    Goal is to build a north shore style rack that swings out. Hoping to keep it under $200 for the entire build. Just trying to figure out the tire holder at the top to hold a 26” and my fat bike tires that are like a 29”

    Thank you very much for the offer, you’re a beauty. I hit it with penetrating oil yesterday and today then wacked on it with a hammer and got it off.

    The weird part is once I took my fill plug off it started leaking quite a stream of oil so I’m not sure if the previous owner put too much in. I’m on a pretty level surface, I’ll attach a picture of how much came out of the fill plug and what the plug looked like

    a little should come out of the fill plug. Its usually fill it up until it comes out a bit....maybe they through a bit in there and quick with the plug back on.
