I did. I even made a crappy YouTube video on it.

 

I did my rear diff, and ran the line up to my driver's side brake light. Make sure you read the threads on the forum here...I seem to remember there being a discussion about using a 1-way breather (out not in) instead of the same 2-way that is on the diff. I believe I ended up using the 1-way breather because of the discussion. I'll see if I can find it.

Edit: I'm an idiot...I actually used the same thread as @Minimag95, so I have a 2-way breather on the end up by the brake light. My bad.

 

Got me worried cause I had read a 2 way is the way to go

 

I went with doing the mod the same way thousands on this site do it, with no issues. 1 way, 2 way, 3 way, who the heck knows. Numbers don’t lie.

 

I'm partial to three ways myself.

It had me worried too...good thing I just remembered what I did incorrectly!

 

I've got to get around to doing that too, I picked up the ARB kit but like everyone else really only plan to do the rear.

Haha, makes more sense now... I was looking at a thread and some videos and a 2-way definitely seems to make much more sense. Did you buy any parts from toyota?

 

Holy shit, no i had not....what the hell is wrong with people. That is right where i was, I had left by then though. Wonder what the circumstances are surrounding this, seems like there is more to this story.

I got a kit from Low Range I think. I got lazy.
