I could be wrong here but I thought cutting someone off, while annoying and frustrating for the person who was cut off, was not illegal unless there are other extenuating circumstances: excessive speed, recklessness, damage to property, etc. but wtf do I know :shrug:

Not illegal just an overall dick move and often results in accidents since the person cut off just lost their space cushion for stopping.

100% agreed, just because it was brought up in this sense as having been the catalyst for the 2 wheeler to need to give the other driver the finger, TWICE, it felt a little unnecessary to me for the bike rider to act like that. Idk. we have all been cut off, we have all cut off others. it doesnt make it right, but this is one of those times where getting out of there might have been more valuable than flipping the bird, twice. but hey thats just my opinion, and we all know what those are like.........

True. But getting cut off when you're in a car or truck. Not to scary. Getting Cut off when your on two wheels. Very scary. Most Houston drivers dont pay attention.

 

I wish I was there. Some guy on the news said he picked up 350 dollars in 30 seconds. That's what he turned on. Ok.....how much did you not turn in?
