Gotcha. If you can snap some more photos of the front and side to get a better idea of what the guard looks like thatd be wonderful. Thanks again

Only did the OVTune and ADM so far, but got plans for some more in the not so near future as I have other things to buy first. Part of the reason I got the Pro is that's it's capable enough out of the factory and the cosmetics are good enough for me, so I didn't need to put more money on mods right away.

In no specific order, I will most likely buy the following :

    - Softtopper
    - Bolt-on sliders
    - Prinsu rack when the bracket for the DAI is available
    - SSO Bumper stage 2
    - Raptor lights
    - URD Short Throw Shifter
    - Shift knob
    - Tailgate decals
    - Retro stripes
    - Revtek lift
    - LED conversion

I’ve done absolutely nothing in my first 15 months of ownership (so I’m in the clear). I like how this thing came equipped from the dealer.

Did you have to do any mods to get the LT285/75R16 tire size to fit?

No, 285/75/16 fit no cutting, no CMC, ran them for months before adding spacer lift. The picture above is without mods. Works just fine. Happy trails

That's interesting. I was under the impression that 265/75/16 was as big as you could go.

That's because you can run them on a pro because it has +1 in of height and track width and OR bros are salty so they say no one can have them :crapstorm:

The pro wheels and the Fox shocks let you fit 285/75/16.Its tight but no rub. PJTaco is right.

I still find this strange since I had a tiny bit of front rub with my 265/75/16s. Definitely going 285s for the next set and will trim if I need to... although I should be lifted by then.

That kind of makes sense. I have a hard time seeing the height difference myself but that doesn't mean it isn't there. I feel like there could be a difference in perspective on the matter too. What clears on the street might not clear if you wheel your truck. These matters were never up for debate on my old Toyota forum because it was intended for people who wheel. I guess I'll have to keep reading until I figure out who's who. No offense intended.

In the interest of keeping the thread on track...I've tinted my windows and peeled the dealer stickers off.

What brand tire gave you the rub?

I am guessing 285s on a pro with mud flaps won’t work?

So much conflicting info out there. Happy we have this thread now.

General X3s. It was ever so slight at full lock on the front part of the fender liner. A little heat gun action took care of it.
