    So.

    My wife is short. She needs assistance getting in and out of my truck with stock suspension and sliders. Id...like to do a small lift, but havent figured out how to overcome the “Its already hard for me to get in the truck, and you want to make it harder?” objection.

    Anyone ever make this work other than “we evolved from apes and they can climb just fine”?

    Honestly, Im a hunter and navigate some pretty moderate roads that the truck beats me up on. The wife is rarely in the truck, its pretty much exclusively just me.

    Our toy (85 4runner with 6” lift plus 37s) was too tall for me...
    First, I used a milkcrate with a rope attached. Then I upgraded to a folding step with paracord attached. It folds up and sits under my feet on the trail.

    How short is short? Don’t do a 6” DB lift and get some sliders. She’ll be just fine. I had to hop to get into my Tacoma.

    Attach paracord. She can pull it up once she’s in.
