    My knee jerk judgement says I agree with this...in the absence of other, more "obvious" evidence (medical exam, witness statement(s), video proof, etc). While not a rape, I was the victim of a bogus attempted restraining order. She had to provide ZERO proof, just lied to a court clerk, and it ended up costing me $4k cash money plus about 60 hours of missed work. Not to mention my 2nd amendment rights were up in the air for the entire 2 month process. Yes, I got a judgement for about half of my fees. But a year later I'll let you guess what I've been able to collect.

    Makes complete sense, particularly given your experience. Without getting into the politics of such matters, there are typically *three* stories to an accusation - #1's story, #2's story, and the actual truth which can range anywhere from #1 to #2.

    That said, this is Welcome To Florida, where we try not to let reality get in the way of a perfectly good WTF. :rofl:

    Yup. Dont even need a hunting license here. A few years ago I was building a massive civil job. I had 8,883 acres for my site. Part of the contract was hog removal. Everyone that worked for me were Okeechobee boys, big time hog hunters. They use dogs. It sucked that we couldnt shoot them, becuase it was a stupid government job and they didnt allow guns on site. :rolleyes:
    So I cut my guys loose with their dogs. We caught 1,000+ in a year, I know it was 1,000+ because I had to report our tally numbers on a weekly basis.
