Yeah I told him to kick rocks on the refund and he didn’t argue at all (makes it more shady on his end). In a gated community so no coming in for him lol.

    I'm offended. I'm at least =3.

I also have the Teton Mammoth 0° bag. Love it. I'm single and it's warm...I can imagine with another body it would be more cozy. Preferably a living one.

2" gel foam topper from walmart did the trick for me...the 3" didn't let my cvt close too efficiently

Same issue with the fiancee. I picked up the Exped duo mattress because it's double purpose in the RTT and ground tent now. With the air out it adds just over an inch and since it's shorter than the tent, it allows room at the end for the annex top section.

I live in CA, there’s no such thing as cold lol. I’ve had that out in 30ish degree weather which is about as cold as we’ll have and it’s done fine.

Finally installed my @RelentlessFabrication bed rack. Really liking the design so far. Still need to install the side rails for mounting accessories, but that can wait.

It’s going to be really close getting into the garage once the RTT is on there.

Let me correct myself. I live in Socal*. My statement stands. Camping this winter I think the lowest we actually hit was 28. Either way it’s nothing like what they’re dealing with east of us.

Not at all. If you read above you’ll see that I was saying I live in CA, therefore, there’s no such thing as cold.

Anyone have any spare of these for a CVT tent?

Mine are trashed from being overtightened and then the bolt head spinning in the channel.

Seeing if anyone has any laying around before I buy new ones, because all I need are these.

@Nimble9 I was looking for the same pieces for a separate project. @edansnatches allegedly has more than I need, so maybe we could split them up if he is willing to part with them. If not, We could work something out between us two.

Hi-vis sounds great until about 6:30 in the morning. Easy to see your camp and I dig the look but holy shit does that color get bright in the morning. We rented one to try out the RTT thing before buying and I made sure my Tepui was the dark green.

Yeah that neon green or orange is cool until you are trying to sleep in and the sun illuminates the inside like a rave party.
