    Replace the back door and investigate water damage to siding under door threshold
    Re gravel driveway
    10 more yards of dirt for front yard to repair bar ditch after front end loaders/dozers damaged during last project
    Kitchen / Den remodel (cabinets, wood floor, carpet, paint etc.)
    Landscaping back yard
    that's just for starters...
    You know when you've been raising kids for the last 20 years and everything else takes a back seat...

    Boy (23) is out (for now)... Girl (18) still home and going to college.
    It's funny how as they get older they lose that ability to clean after themselves. They were much better when they were like 6-7 years old...:notsure:
