Back home for the night. On the road by 7:45/8:00 in the morning. Funeral home was packed. My sister is holding up ok so far. She's 80. Bro-in-law is 84....tired....and has been through a lot. Kinda worried about him.

It's never easy and some harder than most.

 

So I think I'm shut down or, at a minimum, delayed. I was strongly headed into building a hot dog cart. Flat top grill, dogs, brats, Sonoran hot dogs. Had plans of setting it up at the bar 3 nights a week. Contacted legal zoom for a consult. $500 would have gotten a filing with the state for a tax number, set up of an LLC. Talked to insurance, doable. Talked to county health for inspections, doable. Talked to city.....shit. Business license a little bump. Talked to zoning, major road block. The bar is "grandfathered" in a light industrial area. Mobile food vending not permitted in anything but commerical area. Could very well qualify for a "conditional use permit" but this requires sitting down with all the players that would have input. If that looked good then apply for the conditional use permit but that requires a $1217 non-refundable fee and 60 day wait then a public hearing and a decision by the planning board. $1200 was about what I'd budgeted for the entire project....for a hot dog cart.

Now, if I don't operate in the city limit I'm good. Still have to do the state, LLC, insurance and health inspection. Just can't operate in the city until I get a city business license and operate in a commercially zoned area....for a hot dog cart.

And, by the way, no ketchup would or will be dispensed from or at this cart, should it be built.

If the pedal went to the floor while running but is rock hard and high with very little deflection then i would look at the booster too

 

Yes sir it’s acting up. The hissing sound for the first time yesterday got my attention

 

Sounds like the internal valve is failing. They have to bleed to equalize pressures. You notice the truck running a little rough ?

 

It started rough one day working on the brakes. The valve at the booster seems it’s a two stage unless it’s not supposed to
