I’m picking my habitat up a week from today! Install at 8 am

 

Oh yeah?! Well a week from today ill be hauling my habitat to work! Like I do everyday... Instead of camping...

 

I got 2 days of driving to get there, install Monday then who knows. Thinking about shiprock then up into southern CO and to Denver Friday for sliders at slee. I don’t really have a plan, I tend to wander and see where I end up.

 

Best way to go, itineraries take away from the adventure.

 

Planning is overrated. We did a week trip last year that we made up on the fly and ended up in California lol just shy of 5000 miles in a week

pretty sure AT did a JK Habitat before they did the Tacoma Habitat, and it was a flip-forward design.

 

Yep, I remember seeing those pictures when I was in the market... looking at all those pictures on Jimbob's website of the front folding habitat definitely confused my brain a little, felt like I had just put a sweatshirt on backwards or something haha. I wonder how they dealt with the folding/ unfolding issues with the JK.

 

It used that torsion bar thing like the flip pac.

True and they only made like 50 ever and stopped. Who knows why.

They also grafted a hab to a jk.



I also remember reading they make a solid bottom one for mounting to a standard roof rack.

 

Since another company doesnt want to make one, ill have to check into this.
