Eh, I’ve seen them use both. They’ve seemed to stray away from Xtracab over the years and call it Extended Cab exclusively.

It looks like they stopped calling it Xtracab in 2005.

Back in 2010ish I almost bought the second truck you described. From what I can remember it was a 2002 3.4L 5 speed TRDOR 4x4, black stepside extended cab with a moon roof. It was an awesome truck I’ve never seen another one like it (I didn’t realize it was rare just thought they weren’t around in my area) and I think about that truck all the time and how I regret not getting it haha.

 

Don't see many Cool Steel Metallics either, especially not a 5spd TRD
