I hear you about being healthy too. I used to be as thin as JD when I was training for a marathon, then my knee gave out, I had to quit running and it's never been the same since . I guess that's still no excuse for eating shitty food though.

 

Not only that! The physical therapy person I went to has always told me to start running as soon as I can so that I 1) don't turn to shit and 2) so that I don't re injure due to atrophy!

When are you going to start running again!

 

I think what manny meant to say is he watches people run on tv. He's never ran a mile in his life.

 

this one is just missing the bars. I hope they will make one with just the hoop and powder coat it so I can fit it on the truck.

I've tried restarting a running routine and my knee starts killing me after only a week. I need to be active again though. I've been playing basketball lately so maybe I'll start with that.

I know it looks like I've ate ice scream and played call of duty all my life. Funny thing is that all my friends are skinny, and a few even practice judo regularly, yet I can outlast any of them whenever we get together and play a sport. Basketball, swimming, soccer, water polo, you name it. I'm still really active, I just eat like I'm on death row and it's my last meal.

thats actually the first one i've seen this summer. but we kinda like them. as long as they don't come in the house we leave them alone. they eat the crickets and other annoying bugs that surround our house.
