So in the market for a Tacoma again and I'm struggling to figure out if it's worth buying now or waiting. Yeah there's not much change but there's a few things that actually seem good especially the driver's seat adjustment. It's not needed but it's been awhile and I forget how uncomfortable these seats can be lol. Does it say anywhere if they are getting rid of or adding any new colors? I have my heart set on a cement truck so I'd be bummed if they got rid of that color. Anyone who bought their truck recently do you wish you waited? And yeah I get that every year something will be changed from another so you'll never have the best of the best unless you got a new truck each year lol.

Does the power seats and apple carplay appeal to you? If either one of those you like, then wait. You could also benefit by waiting until the 2020 is released and catch a leftover 2019, but that is a gamble. I almost lost my chance to get an Inferno, but I managed to snag one before they discontinued it. The only color change I have heard of is the Green Pro, which means a current Pro color (VooDoo Blue) will probably drop down the line.

    ...stuff
Are adjustable seats really that important... they still move closer or further from the steering wheel, and they all recline or sit upright

Before I pulled the trigger on my 19, the only updates I saw coming for 2020 were CarPlay and a different grille, neither of which I really cared about. When u see the one u want, snag it.

Besides the power seat and the better car/phone integration, the 2020 is also supposed to have the full surround camera system too. And... the army green might look cool in person.

I am waiting for the 2020s to come out too. I will either grab a 2020 or work a good deal on a 2019 (that's the plan... lol)

I understand there will be a 360 degree style camera system. Comparable to GM vehicles. I await the reviews for how well it works on the trail since I off road solo with no spotter.

Hmm army green yeah I might go for that depending on how it looks. I miss my timberline mica I had tho two totally different green colors. Weird I didn't at first like the matte looking colors like the cement or the Calvary blue but they are growing on me. Is the green going to look matte too?

That Green is an old FJ Color, plus it is only going to be available on the 2020 Pro

If you can wait, I’d wait. It’s only a few months away.

Toyota posted April sales result today: Tacoma sales were up 8% over the same time last year. This was Tacoma’s 18th consecutive month of sales gains.

I doubt there’ll be any more discounting than right now in a few months.
