I've tried pouring gasoline in the groundhog hole and lighting it...
Tried flooding the hole with water...
    Poison gopher pellets.
Poison gas cartridges. Yes, you can buy those.

Conibear body trap. That kind has an enormously strong spring. Usually kills instantly.
You put it in the hole entrance and it trips when they go through it.
Except they don't. They push the trap out.
(I never liked that anyway, what if a cat or something tried to go in the hole?)

Even tried strewing Dubble Bubble gum in the hole entrance.
People swear that kills 'em. Do a search, you'll see.
By plugging up their guts...or something.
The bubble gum disappeared alright. The groundhogs didn't.

    Nothing works on groundhogs.
    Except:

    1) Live cage trap. Bait it with what they're stealing from your garden.
Then plug the little bastard at leisure when he's in the trap.

    2) Hot lead. Pick a caliber.

Thanks. I'm ordering one to give it a try. I tried a live trap but nothing.

Someone told me to soak dryer sheets in ammonia and stuff it down the holes. I did. They just dig a new hole. These are smart critters. Probably something to do with the alien crash in Roswell. :alien:

No not even that. OR those spiders most women are afraid of and send them screaming from the room.

You were virtually the female me. I used to smoke weed with my dad on the way to school. Also had the occasional 12 pack of beer in my backpack. I'd get them slushy at night so they'd stay cold at school.
