Just got to go through the fun "prostate exam" like yearly evaluation. It went surprisingly better than expected (not job performance wise, just the politics that are within my company) and managed to land a 4% raise. That at least makes the stress of looking for a new job a little bit easier and more manageable knowing I'm making more to look for a new job, haha. I keep trying to tell myself I am thankful to have a job and one that pays me well so cheers to that!
