Thanks! Its designed for to be used at burning man and also pretty well insulated for the winter. The only down side is its pretty bulky and heavy to load and unload but setup and take down time is really fast.

Looks great! Anymore major cutting/ trimming? What size lift and do they rub bad?

 

just picked up a new trd sport. love it. i did notice that going through this thread that the tail lights look a bit different between some of the trims. what different iterations were done to the tail lights? i know the pro has the clear case. i noticed mine is all red but has the black eyeliner around the reverse light. do the sport and offroad come with the black eyeliner and the base and sr5 come with the chrome? thanks in advance.

Not sure but my pro has these. But seriously, in 2018 they changes to the darker internal vs the chrome (around the reverse light.)

 

Just a quick update on the progress of the Taco.

 

It's the stock Tacoma one you see on some trucks. They have swing out cross bars built in. The wife liked them out so that's how I rocking it. I do have a frontrunner for the bed too when I put my tent on her.

Any rubbing issues with that tire/wheel setup?

 

Kings 2.5 3" lift, CMC, hammer in pinch welds, move fender liner forward a bit, trim off some front overfenders in the rear as well as some on the front bumper.

Current situation:

 

Nice job. I think this is the perfect tire ration. Tire/Lift specs if you may?

 

Tires are too big and rub like crazy. 305/70/16, wheels are 16" Konig Countersteer Offroad. These were on my old 2001 Tundra and it fit that truck perfectly, hence the super wide tires. Truck is just lifted 2" front and rear.

 

Just picked her up yesterday.
