Here's a picture of me at the wheel of the aforementioned '88 Pete, back in July 2013, before I could drive stick...

The engine was rebuilt at some point, and the truck had been sitting for a while at the time the pictures were taken (July 2013), but the truck started right up and the A/C was blowing cold!

-97 Subaru 2.2l 2door (never should have sold it)
-98 Ford ranger camburg dirty beam long travel. Blew the engine.

-06 Chevy Colorado Baja kits mid travel, custom leafs KING all four corners.

-06 GTO (way to fast sold it bacause I would’ve killed myself)
    -05 Ram 2500 Cummins (roll’n coal)
    -15 fiat 500 abarth commuter

After 60k on the fj soft clutch and test driving two different manual Tacoma’s I couldn’t deal with the sloppy clutch.

First auto vehicle: 13 Tacoma dub cab short bed.

I still randomly try to push a clutch pedal when starting it and randomly when I’m driving.

Born in '84, learned to drive stick when I was 17 and bought a 5.0 Mustang :D. Only drove manuals until I bought my Tacoma last year - couldn't get a manual ACLB in the states. :annoyed:It is the only thing about my Taco that makes me sad.

I detail cars at a dealership, and I work next to the dealer's body shop. You never know what will turn up in the tow yard...

It's a hacked up and thoroughly totaled Land Rover!

Nothing like driving a stick. I learned when I was 20. Bought a stick on a Saturday and had to use it to commute on Monday so I had to learn on the fly! Good thing it was a 89 Accord haha
