Got a question? We have a new policy at the FD that we have to leave our phones in our rooms or lockers (which is BS btw), so will they leave me a message so i can call them back or am I just SOL?

 

I'd imagine if they want business they'll leave a call back #. If they call me while I'm at work I might not be able to answer either.

 

I hope so cuz im gonna be pissed if they can't get ahold of me and I don't get my mats lol.

I hope we can call back. I'm also in the same boat as you guys. I work for the railroad and phones are a big no-no since that train accident where the engineer was texting. If we're caught with a phone on us it's a personal fine from the FRA.

 

I will ask when I call, but I feel sure they will leave a number to call back on!

For real! idc when I get mine! I got a nice set of rubber tacoma ones in there now that work great until these awesome weathertechs get here!

 

They just called and veriffied the order for my weathertechs! Total price was $142 I think! They charged shipping for both front and back. They will be here in a week and a half!

 

So the price quote in the first post is wrong?

 

I am not sure yet! It is 106.75 plus shipping! They are trying to make us pay for them to ship the front, and then again to ship the back! I am working on this for us!

 

Good news, I talked to our representative and the mats are shipped $18 front and back! The sales representative made a mistake calling! If anyone has been called and wrongly charged it will be corrected!!! so it is 106.75 plus $18 for shipping

 

Just got a call and spoke to Kelly. I asked for an email confirmation as well. I didn't remember the cost so I just said ok. Seems a little high for shipping as mentioned.

 

They should be taking off $18 for shipping. Price should be...or around...124.75! I also asked for email conformation!
