    It rains at night and then sunny with little puffy clouds all day. Been in the low 80's the past 2 days.


    Also, technically, all meat that we buy/eat has already begun the decomposition process to some extent. So, it's already starting to rot. It's modern refrigeration technology that allows us to store large quantities of meat for longer periods. Turns out bacteria doesn't live and reproduce well in cold environments.
