Correct - the cam bolts use the factory torque rating of 135ft/lbs. It isn't a common requirement to replace them although we have customers that do. It depends on the age and condition of the factory hardware. An angle grinder with cutoff wheel can be used to trim the steering stops. The main thing is being careful and taking your time.

Got the install done yesterday, took me a while but overall not too bad. Just got alignment done today, feels much more solid than stock LCA’s. I also have the issue of steering not returning to center due to stiff new uniballs. I am hoping it doesn’t take too long to go away as it makes driving a little tougher, steering feel is pretty bad right now. Overall, extremely high quality product, very impressed with welds, fit and finish. Can’t wait to go test them out off road!

It took about 4-5 days of driving before my steering started to feel like it did before the LCA swap. Make sure you keep them lubed during this break in period.

Hey total chaos why don’t your arms have steering stops and limit strap tabs?

Dirt king for example has both and clocks in $300 cheaper than your lowest line

Our Expedition Series Lower Control Arms feature steering stops and the option for secondary shock mounting. You could easily attach Limit Straps to these arms. Here is some more info:

We don't have plans on making more of them and selling.

It requires a lot of custom work and isn't exactly bolt-on

Dang! This thing looks sick!! Can you post some more pictures? I’ve got a ‘12 regular cab that’s about to get a facelift.

You need the spacer with wheelers super bumps. They are much taller than the factory but under compression will compress to a similar size. The spacer will prevent any damage from overcompressing the suspension

Do the new Expedition Series still require the steering stop from the stock lower ball joint adapter to be removed?

Steering stops don't need to be trimmed on the Expedition Series Lowers
