Hey man sorry to keep bothering ya about wheels and fitment but I have a question about lug nuts. I have the same spidertrax spacers and the same wheels. Was thinking about getting 12x1.5 ET bulge acorn lug nuts with a conical seat. Do they need to be open ended and are extended thread needed? Could you Shed some light on what lugs you used?

If it's to hold the spacers you want open ended extended thread acorn nuts.

I test fit the spacers on the truck with the included lug nuts by spidertrax. I have plenty thread on the lug nuts, there’s actually a little thread hanging out past the nut so I’m not worried there, I’m more so trying to figure out which lugs to use for mounting the method NV to the spacers

I'm not sure if they're extended thread but they're not open ended. I just had a tire shop put them on my when I got my wheels and tires so I really don't know much about them.

I received my warrantied 3rd from ECGS today. Had to chuckle a bit when I pulled it out and found they're using lock straps on the ring gear bolts now. Must not be the only one with this issue.

Man, it sure seems like ECGS has fallen down lately. Makes me more than a little concerned about mine, but they’ve been going strong for almost three years now, so... :fingerscrossed:

Anyway, hopefully they’ve gotten you taken care of after all of this!

    Truck is looking great, btw!

    Good to know.

I dealt directly with Chase when I regraded and everything went smoothly. He was really good about giving me an extra week or so to get my cores back to him.

To the numerous people that have asked who built my bumper, I may or may not have just figured it out.

I stumbled across this older post by @traxman25 about these 4x innovations bumpers:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/toyota-tube-bumpers-from-4x-innovations.118097/

My bumper sure seems a lot like these with a few slight changes. Could have also been a copy of the 4x innovation bumpers that someone did which would explain the changes.

I guess I really still don't know who built the bumper, but it's interesting how close these bumpers look to mine.

It is possible that we built that one. It looks like the ones we used to build at least. We built very few no winch mount tube bumpers for the 00-04 Tacoma, with only 3 of them going to the west coast and the newest being 2012.

Finished up my gear break in and changed the fluid. These gear oil pouches are a game changer, quickest oil change I've ever done.
