    19 consecutive months with new monthly records for rainfall. May already on pace to make it 20 in a row and break last Mays record

    And with that...Todays weather? Rain off and on all day.

    Was gonna wax the truck. Guess that ain't happening.

    In the 19 months, we are 31" above average for that period.

    Good Morning All
    Looks to be a nice day. I said that yesterday and it wasn't. I need to get rider out and cut the dog pen. Grass is getting long, hides the poop. Rest of yard is too wet. Going to Menards this weekend to look at bathroom stuff for redo job this summer.

    @Casper66 Congrats on new job.

    This was one of the hardest things to do when mom passed away last year. Going through everything and thinking of all the memories. Part of me felt like we were throwing away part of the family history.

    As I've noted before, my daughter is a senior at a regional agricultural science high school. Instead of study hall, she has an agricultural class. Last two years focused on Aquaculture raising various species in tanks. For the last few weeks, they've been learning how to fly fish and tie flies. Teacher had a contest on the best flies. Guess who came in 1st place! Proud Dad... Of course, I'm a bit jealous. I was sent to a parochial high school and my free time was religion...

    She got to learn how to use a backhoe, bobcat, and other cool implements. :pout:

    Getting ready to meet up with some friends at the local track. They have the live races going on and simulcast the Kentucky Derby. Only time other than the dead of winter my wife will wear a hat. Might just have a mint julep or two.
