True, but do most drifters come with a complete interior? Or water or electric hook ups? Just saying, no disrespect to the drifter guys. But 600 bucks compared to how many thousands. Come on man, why hate? So you dont get expo points on the pop up..

Hmm, might not be worth it if you gotta change everything on your truck. But if you could swing it I think you'll like it. Especially on a snow trip when you crank the furnace and make tacos inside.you can also "turtle" in it. Dont pop the top and it stays warmer and no one knows if your in there.

Not sure i would call that hating. More like stating facts.
25 year old camper that has wood that “might not” be rotted and it “might not” have leaks compared to a camper that is built to order right now and definitely wont have either of those issues.
Not to mention they aren’t even the same type of camper. Basically comparing apples to pizza o_O

And when that 25 year old camper was new, it probably cost more than the cost of a drifter.
That said, I’d take a Drifter over a heavy AF potentially rotted and leaking slide in camper any day. Sometimes good deals end up not being such a good deal.

And you can definitely get expo points with a pop up if done rightF707B314-A12A-4468-B09D-ACABE454A396.jpg

That is a sweet tundra set up. I can’t imagine how much that cost. I think the point of the ad being posted is for people trying to ball on a budget :spending:

Drifter is definitely in the dream but can’t justify its purchase right now.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
Just looked it up. Base model starts at 16k. Top model at 19k. Plus you can add about 10k of stuff to it.

I think they live out of it. So I assume it was an investment for them. Still jealous. Brand new tundra too.
