CPR isn't going to do much if he broke some bones.. Especially if he broke his "main" arm. Maybe that's what it was. He wanted the reporter to "give him a handjob"

 

it's fake, notice the shift in the road when he gets hit, it was two films put together but they didnt splice the road in perfectly

theres a car coming from the left at 0:19. so its a two way street.

 

toward the end when the guy gets hit you can see the trucks wheels on the wrong side of the road giving the illusion the the video was messed with. And just because they dont have double solid lines does not make it a one way...bud. they do change the rules for pavement color and line rules from country to country.
