I had quite a few illnesses in the family and wasn't able to get to the few mods I had waiting in my garage. After six months I finally got my road armor bumper and bushwaker flares on. It's about time, Winch is next to go in!

Bumper is sick!!! How much did the fender flares run you? i would have gone fiberglass fenders. You might get some flake for your grille and wheels on this forum, but you have a really nice truck

Question about the flares: How much wider, or how much further do they stick out compared to the stock fenders? Thanks, and nice truck, no problem with doin' what you want, it's your damn ride

To OP - Have any pics of it with no flares on? Like after you took the stocks off and before you put those on? I've always wondered what it would look like. My brother took his stock flares off his Avalanch, and it made it look 10x better.

There are holes in the sheet metal that your stock flares mount to so it wouldn't look good without flares at all.

They only add 3/4 of an inch over the factory flares. Thats all I needed to cover the wider tires and I liked look of the external bolts (which I painted black)

Hey no worries, I already got flamed on this forum for the wheels and grille it's just a matter of everyone's personal taste and everyone is entitled to their opinion. I'm not a bro, I actually live in a small town and wanted a unique looking truck instead of the average dodge/ford/chevy lifted with little rims and huge balloon tires. I equally like the looks of the tacoma with 17's and 33's with the rugged themed black bumper with black flares etc.. I just decided to go a different direction as it's not my primary offroad rig.
